Cleaning Invader V3 W/Mylar Laminate
Posted: Thu Jun 21, 2018 8:34 pm
As of recently, I've gotten a V3 with the Mylar Laminate as you can tell my the title. How does one go about cleaning it? cause I know on a normal V3 you can clean it some grease you can get at any hardware store. The thing is, apparently the laminate has a tendency to chip like paint, so anyway around that?

You shouldn't have to worry about cleaning it, the Invader with laminate doesn't collect dust like the unlaminated one does. In terms of the laminate chipping or breaking, I've had mine for about 2 years and I've never had a problem with the laminate. There are reports of them breaking, but they're super durable and can take a lot of punishment before you have to worry about that. If yours does chip, you can buy patches on the Offworld website but they're more meant for the center circle than the rest of the pad, so keep that in mind.
