I think my drum might be warped on the area were the snare bed sits, it is dull on where you change the tension of the snares and height but it's on both sides.

Ugh... seeing people argue about DCI/WGI drum scores and placement is absolutely ridiculous. I'm pretty sure the experienced & reputable judges know a little more about what they're doing than a bunch of fanboys...
