Before drum-ing..

Is it need to do any exercise before drum-ing ? :?
Like push up or any?
Or just warm up on drum ?

You should probably stretch before marching so you don't end up hurting yourself.

Stretch your hands, arms, and upper body out well before you start playing. This will both be better for your body and help prevent you from playing too tensely

3 cups of coffee and listen to some fast jazz tunes. That'll get you in the mood.

Seriously, like Kaitou said stretch your drumming muscles before using them.
Sortof like running (not that I would know anything about running).
