SSJ's are essentially the same thing as DC50's right? Are people that arrogant to leave their comfort zone?

I had a couple MS5's and loved em. Those broke bought more and they were terrible. Soo bad, they cracked on my second rimshot. Second stick cracked on like 4th or 5th rimshot, and the worst part was, I was playing with a very low stick velocity because I was playing piano.

The M-Dawgs are my favorite sticks. And i've tried almost all the sticks on that list. I've never had a problem with them. They feel amazing. Nice weight to them. Not to heavy and not too light. I'm sticking with M-Dawgs from now on.

Anyone try the new Vic Hardimon hammers? I picked up a pair in Dayton and I really like the way they feel.

I heard m dawgs are pretty sick though. My snare tech hated them at first but then said after he got used to them they were pretty good.

Never heard of that before hahaa...but the M-Dawgs really feel good. They're nice beefy sticks but they're really not that heavy. And i've never had a gotten a bad pair. Ever. You should definitely try them man.

If I had to pick, I'd go with M-Dawgs or Promark Jeff Ausdemore's.

Augnst and M-dawgs are my top two for sure. From promark the scojos are alright but nothing special. Other than that I don't like anything from promark. From innovative I really like the Rennicks, Gwaltneys, and Casellas.

I have really started to like ralph hardimon hammers for practicing with. I try to split my time 50/50 with hammers and scojos while on pads.
