Evans vs Remo

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering what everyone's preference was.
For me If I'm team Remo

Snares:
Top-Black Max
Bottom- Ambassador Ebony Marching Snare Side

Quads:Clear Pinstripe

Bass:Black Power Max 2/Ambassador Ebony Crimplock

If I'm team Evans:

Snares:
Top-Hybrid Grey
Bottom-MX5 Bottom

Quads:EC2S

Bass:MX2 Black

There is probably a thread about this, but I thought updating it cause why not?

Opinion wise, I think Remo is better for older lines (College) where as Evans is better for beginning lines (Middle School, High school). That's my take, what about you?

I think Remo overall has a better selection of heads for a full battery, especially basses. However talking only about snares I prefer the feel of the Evans Hybrid Gray. It has a little more give at high tensions which feels better after a full day of drumming.

Has anyone here tried the new Remo Suede Max? I haven't heard all that much about them yet and I'm very curious

From what I've heard they are Remo's take on a SB head

What about feel in terms of quads and basses?
