Hi I’m back
I’m pretty sure all of your 5:6s should be quarter note to eighth note triplets.
Nope. Check it again bro, 5:6s are one of Glyde’s specials. Trust me lol.
You right, pretty sure I was thinking about a different section of their show and thinking they were the same haha

Blue Knights 2018 - "The Fall and Rise"

This is the full battery transcription for the entire 2018 Blue Knights program, "The Fall and Rise." Keep in mind this is only a transcription, so if you do manage to find any errors, please feel free to reply to this forum post, so that I can attend to them as soon as possible! This is the finals version of their music.

P.S. I also attended the DCI Finals Lots to see them in person, and recorded their entire lot to help better with the transcription. And yes, those numbers are correct, there are five movements to the Blue Knights production this year. As the battery only plays in four of them.
I know this is a bit late but in this post you linked the same file for movements 2 and 4 for the snares

Pretty sure measure 28 should be ninelets, then 29 is just two quarter notes and the quarter note triplet. The fivelets in 26 seem rushed if they were fivelets, but I can’t tell what else they could be lol I transcribed this too and aside from the nines ours are exactly the same

Carolina Crown snare lick from movement 4. The second bar has a very weird rhythm, after breaking it down and a bunch of trial and error I think I go it. Dotted sixteenths in a triplet, basically 16th notes that start and finish on the -let. Enjoy

I think the measure 26 is in 3/4 and the fivelets are 5:3. Other than that, everything seems to look/sound fine.

I wasn’t sure about that, that was my other thought. If you watch the drum major during this chunk it absolutely does not help though haha

I've had this on my computer for a while and I'm just getting around to posting it. The current one on the drive is missing a few bars in the middle.

Hey guys! I did a transcription of the Music City Mystique 2018 snare break near the end of the closer. I saw that nobody made one, so I wanted to take my first chance at transcribing something (idk how tf y'all do it lol). Anyways here it is! If there's any mistakes in the music let me know. :]
