DCI Drum Breaks

Posted: Mon Feb 29, 2016 7:20 pm

Hey Everyone,

An idea was proposed to me recently that I'm looking at pursuing.

If you had to pick some DCI drum breaks/solos that you'd like to see available for sale, what would you pick? Can be from any decade since DCI was founded on up.

If they were available for sale, what would you pay for them? Would you want to see just the snare parts, full scores, battery only, or a combination and if so, what combination?

BTW, this would be music from the arranger/composer, not transcriptions that aren't 100% accurate.

My posts are mine and mine alone.

I would actually love to see any of the velvet knights work for sale. For me personally, i might buy the snare parts for 94 and 95 for maybe $5 each? Im not sure about the pricing of those works.

I´d love the drum feature for 2015 Crown, well anything crown or anything from Spirit of Atlanta. As for the price I would practically whatever reasonable price the composer/ arranger requests. I would go with the snare only, but if possible I might buy the tenor features for some shows as well.

Would this include front ensemble parts for sale?
