Oh man, this year is a hard one. With the new sheets and judging system, numbers at the regionals have been all over the place. Its going to be touch to call. The only regional that both Pulse and RCC have been at, they flipped from prelims to finals, with Pulse narrowly winning finals at the Pasadena regional. That was also about a month ago. The same happened when MCM and RhythmX saw each other this past weekend at Mid-South, with MCM coming out on top of finals. It does appear that those top 4 are the contenders again, but I don't think you can count Infinity out of medal contention either.
As for the scholastic side, we haven't really seen any of the usual contenders face off. Ayala and Chino Hills won't see each other (at a Regional) until this weekend at West Championships. They saw each other at a local circuit show all the way back on 2/6, but a lot can happen between then and now. Dartmouth is pretty isolated up there, so you never really know how they'll fit into the block until we get to Dayton.
So, my random stab at it is:
PIW:
1 - MCM
2 - Pulse
3 - RCC
PSW:
1 - Chino Hills
2 - Dartmouth
3 - Ayala
