TheDude wrote:Wow, you must be really good at transcribing.

But if Pete Sapadin did write it, it probably isn't going to be easy to find a copy of it. Check out what he said about Jedi Knight to a guy who wanted it http://www.scottjohnsondrums.com/forum/ ... edi+knight
he did write it..i have the original copy and it's called jedi master.

:?:

Some guy on Youtube who is from RCC said Casey Brohard and Miguel Guaderrama wrote it.

By the way guys, justreleased emailed me this transcription a while ago but since it was a pdf I couldn't use imageshack...so I converted it into a jpg!

As far as I know, Pete Sapadin is only selling the snare part in his book. The tenor part you can get a hold of from people on youtube, but the bass, no idea where you'd get that.

Oh whoops, I forgot Shake Hands wasn't a Sapadin piece, my bad. But yeah, like I said in my earlier post, the only way you'd get all the parts for Shake Hands is if you found a bass drummer from RCC online that would be willing to hand that out. The snare music is already here and the tenor part you can find people on youtube.

Shake Hands With Beef is the business. Me and a couple of guys from my drumline are already playing it even though we got a day ago...RCC has a girl marching snare. That's kinda hot. I'm wondering if its the same girl from the Bluecoats 2010 videos I've seen

On beat 3 of measure four, I don't hear the diddles. Is that just me?

This is the '09 version. The new, or '10 version is a little different. It adds a backstick, a crossover, and another backstick in measure 4.

HHS Snare (Co-Captain)(1st Chair) - '10-'11

The "revised" version I guess you'd call it, or '10. In measure 4, its (R l R r Lb r L r cL r l R l fRb l fR l) thats really it.
Lb- Left backstick
cL-Left crossover
fRb-Flam, Right backtick. Make sense? hahaha. I can't write it on paper right now. Its the same rythym, but different sticking on beat 4, and adding visuals.
