This looks very delicious. I can't wait until this week is over so I can try it out. (I have a few exams this week and marching band is coming to a close -- thankfully, because it somehow made me extremely lazy about practicing).

It would be cool if one of you learned it and posted a video haha. I guess it would be interesting to see your interpretations of what I wrote :)

Measure four? What part, the essay/book report thing? And I'm glad that I'm helping you improve haha.

yeah... I don't think I've ever played that left cheese into the book report pattern before. I just need to get it in my hands.

Wait, what is an essay?

Beat 2 of measure 4 is what I am calling an essay except instead of the accent on the beat I put it on the "e". I've heard it called a million things though:Balloons, Book Report's little brother, Thing 2, Essay, Doctoral Thesis(I think). There's no real universal name for it.

so than standard form of an essay would just be paraddidles with accents on the first note and cheeses on the second note?

Yea dude that's a pretty killer exercise. For real. I am beginning to see the talents of members on the board come out. I mean, we all have seen Ryan play, which is why we're here, but to see writing like this and I assume since dark wrote it he can play it, makes me really excited about the future of this forum and some of the awesome stuff people will be doing. i.e. S^3

No it's not good at all....IT'S AMAZING! :P I didn't necessarily look at your technicalities because this was just for fun, I know how scientific you like to get sometimes but :P If you really want me to criticize I don't think I'm the one to do so, since I didn't write it and I can't tell you if you were too [blank] at this point or not enough [blank] at that point.

Overall it was pretty darn good for learning it yesterday :P

Really the only technical error I saw was at the triplet flam tap thing in the 9th bar. You dragged it a little bit, but it's hard to feel anyway so I say good job.

The only other criticism I have isn't really a criticism haha. It's just that parts like the alternating flams and the flam things in the third bar I play with moeller instead of the strict technique you used. Also the last bar I play the triplets freezing down instead of up.

But who gives a bleep, friggin' sweet job dude 8)

Oh yeah and what is up with the mouth haha

Ahem, I forgot to add...I liked the backsticking :)
