"Tonald Drump" : Fun, Mildly-Ridiculous Snare Piece

Posted: Sat Sep 10, 2016 8:16 pm

Hey guys! This is a piece I wrote called "Tonald Drump". It took me a few days to write this, sorry if it isn't perfect hahaha, my main instrument is quads. I like fooling around on snare though, and so I made this. It starts out fairly simple, takes a little inspiration from Bluecoats 2014 and Cadets 2014 drumbreaks, and gets a little ridiculously fast, but still possible to play. Again, sorry if some of the words are a little misleading, not used to backsticking and stuff hahaha. I'll probably end up writing quad and bass parts too. Enjoy!

Musescore doesn't actually have marching percussion, so I downloaded some audio files or something (I don't know what they're actually called lol)

Also, for some reason the flams sound like diddles/cheeses, so please overlook that hahaha :)
