Good ol' accent tap, except play the taps as crushes/buzzes.
Try not to tense when playing, and focus on the accent being a downstroke, while not choking the stick, as to keep the hand low for the buzz. Really works on keeping the taps in time as well as making them sound meatier.

Playing the [1-e-and] of a paradiddle and putting a buzz on the "and" will also help build the diddle in a paradiddle. Utilize the same technique as with accent-buzztap, making the accent a downstroke and not letting the stick come back up before the buzz.

Finally, put a buzz on the second partial of double beat. The first stroke should be and upstroke, and the buzzed stroke should start at the rebound point.
In [ 1-e uh-2 and-uh e-and 4 and ] the buzz would be on [ e, 2, uh, and, and ] (Hope that's understandable).
It'll help build double strokes and diddles.
