So I'm making a pad with my old man this summer and so far these are my ideas:


Pad ideas:
Tan real feel rubber material
Snare cartridge
(Detachable snare cartridge might be a better/easier idea)
No rim
Tan real feel material, but black
Circular pad, nine inch diameter
Wood is not 9 inch, its the laminate
Not laminate, but rubber
No logos, obviously

I was wondering if anybody knew what the specific gum rubber/thickness of the tan real feal smooth material? Or where to get it? Thank you!

1/8th inch gum rubber. My (cheap) friend glued some to a piece of wood and it worked fun.
