P90X of drumming

Hey I was wondering if someone could make a P90X for drumming. Like daily routines to help people grow and become become better.

I'll see if I can come up with something... Might take a little while though.
EDIT: Though it most likely will not be as (comparatively) intense as P90X is for exercising.

If you're talking about getting better overall (timing, rhythms, tempo, sound quality, ect.) that's a great idea!
On the other hand if your wanting more chops.....just play double forte buzz rolls, completely vertical, using ALL wrist turn for like 5 minutes straight! lol three times a day for a few weeks....i PROMISE you will have more chops hahahahah >:D
....yeah, its sounds pretty effed up, but it works! lol

You should do 30 Minutes of Hell. This will build your chops up really quick. The tempo is made by you, but you have to play as high as possible, without loosing technique. You are essentially just playing 16thnote (or triplet) rolls at whatever tempo you choose (120 is my tempo of choice). You do a roll for 5 minutes; take a 5 minute break, do a roll for 10 minutes; take a 5 minute break, do a roll for 15 minutes; take a 5 minute break, do a roll for 20 minutes; take a 5 minute break, do a roll for 25 minutes; take a 5 minute break, do a roll for 30 minutes; and finish. It is a total of 130 minutes of straight chop building.
