Double/Triple stroke builder

I made this earlier today when I noticed my double strokes weren't great... This has it all. Like 16 reps of Double Beat, at increasing tempo, starting at 110, that goes up to 150. My chops were beat by that. So you could consider this a chop builder... then it goes into triplet diddle, increasing tempo, then Irish Spring, a great double and triple stroke exercise, at increasing tempo. So yeah, this one is pretty decent. It's about 10 minutes long.

But this one builds the 'speed' area of chops.

I'm actually building a CHOPS anagram. I haven't figured out 'O' or 'H' yet.
