AP Exams

Posted: Fri May 16, 2014 7:28 pm

So, how do y'all who took them feel y'all did? I took the APUSH exam, had like 10 minutes to write the second FRQ. Just wrote, ''I don't have enough time to write this s***. Here's everything I know about black rights during reconstruction.'' Hopefully the grader guy will find a bit of humour in it and read enough to get me a 3... DBQ, 1st FRQ, and the Multiple-choice went well though, so I'm hoping for a 3 or 4.

I'm that guy who says he'll try out for drum corps next year and never does.
But I'm totally gonna try to march Alliance this summer.

Got a 3. And idk if you know how the grading for these tests work... If I aced the multiple choice, i would likely get a 3 even if I didn't write any of the essays. On average, if you get 5s or 6s on your essay and get about 60% of the questions right, you are guaranteed a 3 and have a decent shot a 4. Just depends on how hard the test is. If you don't mind my asking, what were the DBQ and FRQs? Last year's were really hard, I remember...

I took the 11th grade AP English exam. I wrote in a bunch of immature comments and crossed them out. I think I wrote "haha, penetrate." Then crossed it out so it wouldn't be graded.

I was so mentally drained after the test and my next classes was my English class and my Spanish class. I could barely think.

That's good. You'd think, grading these stupid things all day for a week, the graders could use a stupid laugh lol

DBQ was about chinese communist and peasant relations, Cf was about a region affected by trade over time (i did Latin America) and CCOT was Byzantine Empire and Islamic Caliphates(that was the only one i thought i did really good on.)

Jeez. According to a few of my teachers, the AP World test is consistently one of the hardest tests they offer. Last year, most people did so bad the grading curve went so a lot of the 5s only made like, the equivalent of 80%.
