Cool grids?

What are some cool/advanced grids I should learn? I've been into really challenging grids lately and I need some ideas! Thanks!

What sort of grids have you done so far? All the basic triplet grids are great (flams/diddles added at every possible location). The variations (backwards grids, two accent grids) are fun to learn too. If you want to get more advanced than that, just choose a hybrid rudiment and learn the grid and grid variations for it. Another way to choose a rudiment for grids is picking one from a piece you're trying to learn. The sky's the limit!

Even though you've probably already heard of it, the grid book series is the ultimate source of grids. They're effectively encyclopedias for grids, and you'll find anything you could ever want in there.

The most recent things I've learned is flam drags, cheeses, and flam fives inside of a 16th note accent grid. But yeah I've done all sorts of things with those kind of rudiments! And I'll definitely experiment with the stuff on that rudiment page!
